OUR BELIEFS
At our church, we believe that: The Bible is the Word of God, as stated in 2 Timothy 3:16. We affirm that Jesus died, was buried, and rose on the third day, as noted in 1 Corinthians 5:3-4. Those who believe should repent and be baptized for the forgiveness of their sins and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, as mentioned in Acts 2:38. We recognize that all are called to biblical discipleship, which is reflected by lordship in all areas of life, as taught in Luke 14:33. Furthermore, all disciples, including those at POVA Church, are called to lead lives characterized by justice, mercy, and humility, echoing Micah 6:8.
