At POVA Church, we welcome you into a friendly, casual environment that encourages community engagement. We invite you to dress comfortably and join us for our worship services, Small Groups, and personal Bible studies to experience the gospel on both an intellectual and relational level every week!
Our services typically begin with a time of singing and praise, followed by a thought-provoking message based on a passage of Scripture. We use a variety of musical styles to appeal to a wide range of people. The message is designed to help you grow in your faith and understanding of God. During the service, there is also an opportunity for you to give tithes and offerings and take communion with us weekly. We have small groups for all life stages, as well as family activities and intermittent worship nights to foster deeper connections.

We believe that giving is at the heart of the Gospel's message. The word of God instructs us that when we give the first fruits to his church with joyful hearts, we prioritize God and place him first in our lives. Additionally, 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 states, “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” This emphasizes that giving freely—not out of reluctant duty but from gracious joy—is pleasing to God, and everyone in our church community is encouraged to engage in this practice.
